Terms of Service
Effective June 12, 2026 · BioFlow is a product of Devino Solutions Inc., Ottawa, ON, Canada.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BioFlow (the “Service”), operated by Devino Solutions Inc. (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The service
BioFlow lets you build a bio page, connect third-party accounts (such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Shopify, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Calendly, and Cal.com), schedule and publish content, and accept tips or sales. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) and provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You may connect third-party accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You authorise us to access those accounts on your behalf to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you publish through BioFlow. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you publish and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break the law or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Distribute malware, spam, or deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content.
- Harass, abuse, or harm others, or publish hateful or violent content.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Violate the terms or policies of any third-party platform you connect (including the Meta Platform Terms and Instagram’s policies).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk or legal exposure for us or other users.
Third-party services
When you connect a third-party account, your use of that service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services, and a connected provider may change or revoke API access at any time, which can affect related features.
Payments and plans
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment partners (Stripe and, for mobile in-app purchases, the relevant app store via RevenueCat). For plans purchased on the web through Stripe, if you are not satisfied you may request a refund within 14 days of a charge — including the first charge after a free trial — and we will process it promptly. Mobile in-app purchases are refunded by the app store that processed them (Apple or Google) under their policies. Otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Tips and sales you accept are processed by Stripe and subject to its terms; we may deduct an application fee as disclosed in the product. You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you collect.
Cancellation
You can cancel your plan or delete your account at any time from your settings. On deletion, we remove your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devino Solutions Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
